Tο Pugnant Film Series αυτό το Καλοκαίρι γίνεται

Ένας άστεγος περιφερόμενος κινηματογράφος στα ερείπια της Αθήνας.
Έχετε παρατηρήσει πώς όσο παλιώνει η ζωή σε μία πόλη τόσο τα ερείπια της βρίσκουν τη δύναμη να παραμένουν νέα; Με μια νιότη σχεδόν προϊστορική, παρόμοια με το υλικό απ’ το οποίο είναι φτιαγμένες οι ταινίες.
Μ’ αυτό το αίσθημα προσευχής, επισκεπτόμαστε εγκαταλελειμμένα σπίτια, εργοστάσια, ποτάμια για να προβάλουμε μερικές απ’ τις ταινίες που αγαπάμε.
 

*Οι προβολές θα ξεκινούν το απόγευμα, και θα ολοκληρώνονται το ξημέρωμα της επόμενης, έχοντας τον χαρακτήρα ολονυχτίας.
 
**Λόγω των ειδικών συνθηκών κάθε τοποθεσίας, κάθε άτομο προσέρχεται με δική του ευθύνη.
***Οι προβολές διεξάγονται σε απόλυτο diy πνεύμα. Φερ’ τε φαγητό, αλκοόλ, μαξιλάρια, αιώρες κι ό,τι άλλο χρειάζεστε.
Είσοδος ελεύθερη. Ευπρόσδεκτες συνεισφορές.

 
 
This Summer, Pugnant Film Series will be
A homeless mobile cinema at the ruins of Athens.
Have you noticed that as the cities are getting more and more old, their ruins are remaining young at all? With a prehistoric youth, similar to the material from which the films are made.
With this sacred feeling, we will make some screenings of films that we love at some abandoned houses, factories, rivers and places of Athens.

 
*The screenings will start at the evening, and will be completed at the dawn of the following day
**Due to the special conditions of each location, anyone is coming with own responsibility.
***The screenings will be in a diy spirit. Please bring with you food, alcohol, pillows, hammocks and anything you need.
Free donation entrance.

Ένας ονειροπόλος μετακινείται μέσα από τοπία σε μακρινές θάλασσες, πάνω από ράγες, θυελλώδεις δρόμους, θάλασσες και ουρανούς, σ' ένα ταξίδι πτήσης και μαγίας.

A dreamer moves through landscapes to far seas -over tracks, winding roads, skies and waters- a journey of flight and fancy.

Ελλάδα 1986-1987, λίγο πριν από την πτώση του υπαρκτού σοσιαλισμού, λίγο πριν από το τέλος του Ψυχρού Πολέμου. Στα μάτια της Ανθής, η χώρα αλλάζει, ο κόσμος αλλάζει και, μαζί τους, ο Χρήστος μοιάζει να αλλάζει κι αυτός.

Greece 1986-1987, a little before the fall of State Socialism and just at the end of the Cold War. In front of Anthi’s eyes the country is changing, the world is changing and with them Christos seems to be changing too.

Μια παλιά εκκλησία έχει γίνει κέντρο χορογραφικής έρευνας, ημιφωτισμένη με λίγες ακτίδες φωτός. Στο πάτωμα εκατοντάδες φωτογραφίες ταυτότητας: ανώνυμοι άντρες.
Ποιοι είναι, ή ποιοι ήταν; Μια γυναίκα χορογράφος τους μετακινέι. 

A former church converted into a centre for choreographic research, plunged into semi-darkness pierced by a few rays of raw light. On the ground, hundreds of photobooth pictures: anonymous men. Who are they, or were they? A woman choreographer moves them around.

Μια ταινία που περιγράφει την κοινότητα που έχουν φτιάξει άστεγοι άνθρωποι στη σύγχρονη Μόσχα. Η ταινία παρατηρεί έξι ζευγάρια, που με την αγάπη τους προσπαθούν να επιβιώσουν παρά την φτώχεια και την απόγνωση που τους κυριεύει. 

Describes the life of homeless people who form a community in the center of modern-day Moscow. It relates the story of six couples who love each other and try to remain together despite the poverty and despair of their existence.

Η 9η και τελευταία στάση του άστεγου φιλμοκαραβανιού θα γίνει στα Τουρκοβούνια, στην τοποθεσία που δε λέγεται τυχαία το Λιβάδι των Θεώμ. Η είδοδος γίνεται από την οδό Λατώ Ιδιωτική ( 38.015159, 23.760691) στο σημείο όπου ανήκει στα γεωγραφικά όρια των δήμων Γαλατσίου και Ψυχικού. Τα λεωφορεία 608 και το 622 εξυπηρετούν το σημείο της προβολής σε απόσταση ενός χιλιομέτρου.

The ninth and last film screening of homeless mobile cinema will be at Tourkovounia, in a place that called To Livadi ton Theon. Entrance will be from the street Lato Idiotiki ( 38.015159, 23.760691), in a spot that is in the borderline of Galatsi and Psychiko. Buses 608 and 622 are coming close to the screening location. About one km distance.
