Αυτή την Κυριακή το Pugnant παίρνει τα βουνά και τα πηγάδια. Θα πάμε στους πρόποδες του Ποικίλου Όρους, σε μια περιοχή που την διεκδικούν η Πετρούπολη και το Περιστέρι, θα μπούμε σε κάποιες παλιές δεξαμενές νερού, άδειες, που πλέον μοιάζουν με (σχετικά) ευρύχωρα πηγάδια, και μέσα σε έναν κόλαφο αντηχήσεων θα δούμε μία απ' τις πιο απόκοσμες και όμορφες drone ταινίες που μπορεί να δει κανείς: το Sleep Has Her House του Scott Barley. Μοιάζει να φτιάχτηκε ειδικά για αυτή την προβολή.
Η είσοδος μας στα πηγάδια θα γίνει με τον σωστό τρόπο, καθώς οι bulldoza & the fish θα παίξουν πάνω σε διαφημίσεις του Roy Andersson και μια ταινία έκπληξη. Στηη συνέχεια ο Ξενοφών Αγγελόπουλος θα προλογίσει εικαστικά και λεκτικά με ένα live act εμπνευσμένο από κείμενα του Scott Barley, την ταινία του Scott Barley, Sleep Has Her House. Και τέλος, μετά την προβολή, θα ρίξουμε το λυρικό φώσφορο στην πηγάδα για να παίξει μουσική δωματίου. Σ' ένα δωμάτιο που από μόνο του το echo είναι εμπειρία.

Οδηγίες //
Αν έρχεστε με συγκοινωνίες προτείνεται να κατέβετε στο τέρμα των Α13, 700 και 719. Από το τέρμα, μεσολαβούν 1600 μέτρα (περίπου μισή ώρα περπάτημα), μέσα από πολύ ευχάριστο χωματόδρομο. Με κατσικάκια και υπέροχη θέα.
Αν έρχεστε με δικό σας όχημα συνιστάται να παρκάρετε εδώ. Και στη συνέχεια να περπατήσετε 1500 μέτρα σε ευχάριστο περιβάλλον. Αν το όχημα σας είναι ψηλό μπορεί να έρθει κοντά στο σημείο προβολής. (σε κάθε περίπτωση ελάτε από 25ης Μαρτίου ή Περικλέους, το google maps αρέσκεται να σας βγάζει καρόδρομους)
Εναλλακτικά: αν έρχεστε με συγκοινωνίες μπορείτε να πάρετε το 748 και να κατέβετε στη στάση Τεμπών. Από εκεί να ανηφορίσετε τους πρόποδες του βουνού σε μια freestyle διαδρομή περίπου 800 μέτρα.
Παρομοίως, με αμάξι μπορείτε να προσεγγίσετε την Ιερά Μονή της Παναγιάς της Φοινικιώτισσας (περίπου εδώ), κι από εκεί να περπατήσετε freestyle αναφοορικά στους πρόποδες του βουνού περίπου 500 μέτρα για να μας βρείτε.
Το freestyle περπάτημα έχει την δυσκολία ότι στους πρόποδες υπάρχουν πολλές ιδιωτικές κατοικές και μεγάλης έκτασης περιφράξεων που επιτρέπουν από λίγα σημεία το πέρασμα προς το Ποίκιλο Όρος.
Η είσοδος στον χώρο των πηγαδιών-δεξαμενών γίνεται με ασφαλή κατακόρυφη σκάλα ύψους περίπου 3,5 μέτρων (ας πούμε υποβρύχιου τύπου)
Sleep Has Her House του Scott Barley

Οι σκιές των κραυγών σκαρφαλώνουν πέρα από τους λόφους. Έχει ξανασυμβεί στο παρελθόν. Αλλά αυτή θα είναι η τελευταία φορά. Οι τελευταίοι το διαισθάνονται και αποσύρονται βαθιά μέσα στο δάσος. Φωνάζουν μέσα στο σκοτάδι, καθώς οι σκιές εξαφανίζονται, μέσα στο έδαφος.

This Sunday, Pugnant heads for the mountains and the wells. We’ll go to the foothills of Mount Poikilo, in an area claimed by both Petroupoli and Peristeri. We’ll enter some old water reservoirs—now empty—that resemble (relatively) spacious wells, and within a torrent of echoes we’ll watch one of the most otherworldly and beautiful drone films one can experience: Sleep Has Her House by Scott Barley. It feels as if it was made especially for this screening.
Our descent into the wells will happen properly, as bulldoza & the fish will perform over Roy Andersson’s commercials and a surprise short film. Then Xenofon Angelopoulos will introduce—visually and verbally, through a live act inspired by Scott Barley’s texts—the film Sleep Has Her House. Finally, after the screening, we will cast “Lyrical Phosphorus” into the well for a chamber music set. In a chamber where the echo itself is an experience.

Directions
If you are coming by public transport, it is recommended to get off at the terminal stops of lines A13, 700, and 719. From the terminal, it’s 1,600 meters (about a 30-minute walk) along a very pleasant dirt road. With goats and a wonderful view.
If you are coming by car, it is recommended to park here, and then walk 1,500 meters in a pleasant environment. If your vehicle has high clearance, you may be able to approach closer to the screening spot. (In any case, approach via 25th of March Street or Perikleous Street—Google Maps tends to send you down rough dirt roads.)
Alternatively, if you are coming by public transport, you can take line 748 and get off at the Tempon stop. From there, walk uphill toward the foothills of the mountain on a freestyle route of about 800 meters.
Similarly, by car you can approach the Holy Monastery of Panagia Foinikiotissa (around here), and from there walk freestyle along the foothills for about 500 meters to find us.
The freestyle walk has the added difficulty that the foothills contain many private residences and large fenced areas, with only a few passage points allowing access to Mount Poikilo.
Entrance to the well–empty water tank space is via a secure vertical ladder approximately 3.5 meters high (of the kind typically used in underwater structures).
Free entrance (though a small contribution toward the live performances is encouraged).
