Wabi-sabi: η ομορφιά της ατέλειας !
Το φιλμ μετριέται σε μέτρα, όχι σε χρόνο, για αυτό έχει την ικανότητα να σε μεταφέρει. Τα μέτρα του φιλμ τρέχουν στην γλώσσα της κινηματογραφικής μηχανής. Ενθουσίασε αυτή τη γλώσσα. Δωσ' της καφενόλη, κρασί, βιταμίνες, δως της μαύρο τσάι, κι ασ' την να τρέξει.
Απ' το φεγγάρι στους καουμπόηδες της Κολωνίας, σε μια γάτα που διαλέγει αριθμούς λόττο ή σε μια φίλη που σου φέρνει πατάτες σε μια δημόσια πισίνα ή βυθίσου απευθείας μέσα στο στόμα ενός κουνουπιού. Αυτός είναι ο κινηματογράφος της Dagie Brundert. Ένας κινούμενος κινηματογράφος ζωντανής ευεξίας.
Στις 19/10, στις 21.00 στο Zoetrope θα παρακολουθήσουμε το πρόγραμμα "Summer Confusion and Crazy Joy", ένα μονόωρο πρόγραμμα που αποτελείται από 20 ταινίες της Dagie Brundert. Ενώ στις 21/10, (12.00-17.00) πάλι στο Zoetrope και έξω στην πόλη, η Dagie θα δώσει δωρεάν, το πρακτικό workshop κινηματογράφισης και εμφάνισης φιλμ supper 8mm, Viva Kompostol! Λίγα λόγια για την Dagie Brundert
Γεννήθηκε στο κέντρο της Δυτικής Γερμανίας. Ως έφηβη ασχολήθηκε πειραματικά με φωτογραφία, ενώ το 1986 μετακινήθηκε στο Βερολίνο όπου σπούδασε πειραματικό κινηματογράφο στο Univeristy of Arts, όπου και ανακάλυψε το πάθος της για το φιλμ super 8. Από το 1990 ως το 2020 δούλεψε ως graphic designer σε διάφορα περιοδικά της χώρας. Από το 1988 ως σήμερα έχει ολοκληρώσει περισσότερα από 60 φιλμ, ταινίες, βίντεο που έχουν προβληθεί σε σημαντικά φεστιβάλ παγκοσμίως. Από το 2008 μέχρι σήμερα έχει κάνει δεκάδες εκθέσεις και έχει δώσει δεκάδες workshops εμφάνισης φιλμ super 8 στη Γερμανία και σ' όλο τον κόσμο. Όπως επίσης είναι εφευρέτρια δεκάδων συνταγών οικολογικής εμφάνισης φιλμ, με τη χρήση καφενόλης, βιταμινών, τσαγιού, χυμών και άλλων οικολογικών συστατικών (οι συνταγές της εδώ).

Wabi-sabi: the beauty of imperfectionists !
Film is measured in meters, not in time, which is it's ability to transfer you. Film meters run in the tongue of the film camera. Give excitement to this tongue. Give her Caffenol, wine, vitamins, give her black tea, and let her run. From the moon to the cowboys of Cologne, from a cat picking lotto numbers to a friend bringing you potatoes in a public pool or directly into the mouth of a mosquito. This is Dagie Brundert's cinema. Α moving cinema of living well-being.
On 19/10, at 9pm at Zoetrope we will watch "Summer Confusion and Crazy Joy", a one-hour program consisting of 20 films by Dagie Brundert. While on 21/10, (12.00-17.00) again at Zoetrope and outside on the town, Dagie will give a free, practical workshop on filmmaking and developing supper 8mm film, Viva Kompostol! About Dagie Brundert
Born in the centre of West Germany. As a teenager she worked experimentally with photography, and in 1986 she moved to Berlin where she studied experimental cinema at the Univeristy of Arts, where she discovered her passion for super 8 film. From 1990 to 2020 she worked as a graphic designer for various magazines. From 1988 she has completed more than 60 films, movies, videos that have been screened at major festivals worldwide. Since 2008 until today he has held dozens of exhibitions and given dozens of workshops of super 8 film development in Germany and all over the world. As well as she is the inventor of dozens of recipes for eco-friendly film developing, using caffeine, vitamins, tea, juices and other eco-friendly ingredients (her recipes here).
